Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using AimpleAI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, in which case "you" refers to the organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.

AimpleAI provides an AI-powered marketing workspace that includes project management, strategy planning, campaign tools, content creation, social media scheduling, email drafting, SEO analysis, analytics, and team collaboration features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

Eligibility. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By registering, you represent you meet this requirement.

Account Security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@aimpleai.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it up to date.

One Account Per User. Each person may maintain only one account unless expressly permitted otherwise.

Plans. We offer Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans. Plan features and limits are described on our Pricing page and in your account billing settings.

Billing. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or described in our refund policy.

Upgrades/Downgrades. You may change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Payment Failure. If payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry. If the issue is not resolved, your account may be suspended or downgraded to a free tier.

Taxes. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your subscription.

You agree not to:

• •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws
• •Upload, transmit, or distribute harmful, offensive, infringing, or fraudulent content
• •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or another user's account
• •Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
• •Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• •Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without written permission
• •Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• •Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent

Ownership. You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or input into AimpleAI ("Your Content").

License to Us. By using the Service, you grant AimpleAI a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide and improve the Service.

Responsibility. You are solely responsible for Your Content and represent that you have all rights necessary to use it and grant us the above license. You must not upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.

AI-Generated Output. Content produced with the help of AI features within the platform is generated based on your inputs. You are responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of AI-generated content before use.

The AimpleAI platform, including its design, software, trademarks, logos, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to AimpleAI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and share information.

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services (such as analytics tools, social media platforms, and ad networks). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. AimpleAI is not responsible for the practices of third-party providers.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY.

We do not warrant that AI-generated content is accurate, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. You should independently verify any AI-generated output before using it in your business.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AIMPLEAI AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

By You. You may cancel your account at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By Us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or create legal liability for us. We will provide reasonable notice unless the violation requires immediate action.

Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease. You may export your data before cancellation; we will delete it per our Privacy Policy retention schedule.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.

You agree to attempt to resolve disputes informally by contacting us at aimpleai@gmail.com before initiating formal proceedings.

We may revise these Terms periodically. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date and, where appropriate, sending an email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
